Shhh, Time to Stop Talking

There’s an old saying that there is a time and place for everything, and I do believe that to be true. I believe it’s normal to share important information with family, friends, co-workers, etc., in some cases it’s probably the right and moral thing to do. However, there comes a time to stop sharing such information with those who refuse to listen. I wrote about normalcy bias a few months ago, but it now seems to have grown exponentially and actually taken on a life of its own. People are so desperate to return to ‘normal life’ that they are simply unwilling to see the facts in front of their face. Rose colored glasses if you will. They haven’t listened the 40 other times you suggested they put back a little extra food and water so what makes you think they will listen this time? Fact is they won’t hear any of it until it’s too late, these are the people who shop for a generator and fuel after the hurricane hits. Too late.

Recently, the resident of the White House was mumbling gibberish to the 82nd Airborne currently in Poland about what they were about to see in Ukraine and that ‘some of them already had.’ So, the words coming from his foggy brain indicated that US troops were heading into the fight with Russia and some already had. That would be an act of war folks. The WH and their propaganda partners jumped into damage control of course, but it’s out there for the world to see. Where was the outrage, where was anyone questioning his stability? Questioning his call for regime change in Russia? Questioning what would be a breach of national security? Nothing. Stumbling face first into war with a nuclear power, apparently no big deal. Nope, let’s just make some more Tik Tok videos for Ukraine.

Pestilence, War, Famine, Death. Time to be the gray man.

They laughed at Noah for decades, until it started raining. The bottom line is they aren’t listening anyway, and it just makes you more vulnerable. Stop talking to those who refuse to hear, that time has passed. Stop reminding them that you HAVE been preparing. Time to top off your preps and hunker down. Fasten those seat belts, it’s about to get rough.

Time maybe short, prepare accordingly.
