Driving around town recently hitting multiple stores to refill and add to the stash, there they were, everywhere, masks. Shopping wearing a mask, walking outside wearing a mask and of course driving in their vehicle, alone, wearing a mask. You know some of these people are wearing a mask in the shower even though they live alone. Needless to say, the general public isn’t all that swift.
Yes, just when you thought it was safe to go outside, it’s the Return of the Masks! You might not have noticed but the City of Philadelphia has reinstated an indoor mask mandate as have many college campuses. Sadly, most grade schools continue to traumatize young children by requiring them to be muzzled at all times; so much for following the science! Yes friends, even as a Federal Judge ended dementia boy’s attempt to extend the mask mandate on public transportation, the lefties are melting down on social media demanding everyone wear a mask, again! Question, think this has anything to do with the approaching midterm elections and the left’s need for mail-in ballots and unattended drop boxes? Hmmm.
Addicted to living in fear? Enjoy the feeling of suffocation? Like being a faceless victim? Planning on robbing a convenience store later? I find it odd that so many people are desperate to return to some sort of normalcy while others cling to masks, social distancing, closed businesses and ‘stimulus’ checks. Yea, just ask the people of Shanghai how that’s working out.
If you have health issues that make you high risk, fine. If you are a hypochondriac who is terrified of leaving the house anyway, fine. Think it brings out the color of your eyes, fine. You want to obscure your face while committing a crime, fine. Otherwise, what logical reason do you have for wearing a mask in public now that the pandemic is over? Just doing your part for the clown car administration? Maybe you have a deep-seated need to comply? Maybe you find the fetal position the most comfortable. Maybe wearing a mask will help with inflation, gas prices, food shortages or empty shelves? Folks, have we learned nothing? How many children are now in therapy because of this? We haven’t even seen the full results of this mess yet, not even close. This desperation will increase exponentially the closer we get to the mid-terms.. oh wait, I’m wrong, it’s Putin’s fault. Never mind.
Folks, you ain’t seen nothing yet. Time is short, prepare accordingly.

My husband (who stills smokes) was lighting up outside in a parking lot near an office. Suddenly two women came out wearing masks and one said, “Sir, there’s no smoking here.” He looked her up and down thinking how weird they were to be wearing masks outside, then responded, “So do you wear a mask because you’re afraid of covid, or are you just hiding your face.” No response; they walked off. Masks have evolved from being a fashion statement with printed patterns to now just being virtual signaling that they are better than us. They are good people trying to save lives. It’s sick. I’m sick of it. I roll my eyes when I pass anyone wearing a mask anywhere. I think they want attention. This country is too divided.

There will ALWAYS be stupid ass ppl . But I think the mask wearing is territorial. Yea ppl in blue states more likely to wear em. Here, theres only the stupid asses. Not much masking in red states

You’re right, but I’m in a VERY red state where lots of folks ignored the mask mandates all along, but now I’m now seeing them a lot more for some reason.

Vaccines quite possibly. To be honest, I think it is a chemical change. So many do seem to be female, sadly, much as I like women. I am married to one and I am a MAN for avoidance of doubt.
If the body chemistry is change, then like an aerial, they may be more receptive to the ‘Mask, mask! Vax, Vax!’ signals in the air waves.

And yes, let’s all point at Putin putin’ the boot into Ukraine (but not the UK in the rain). “Oooh, look over there, nasty pooh tin!” ‘Right, now we can pinch more taxpayers’ money and send arms to Ukraine, masks, vaccines etc etc.’
Oh, sorry I forgot to say, didn’t I. Steal votes/ballots as well. Nice people in the White House at the moment. Or should that be Shite House, my Inglish ain’t that gud.
